Shipping and Returns

To reduce shipping costs and package weight, kits will be shipped with only the pieces needed to assemble the kit and not in a frame like a lot of other kits on the market.  All care will be taken to ensure that the pieces are adequately protected to avoid damage during transit.



At this stage, I will only be shipping to Australian addresses.  If you are overseas, please contact me to discuss possible shipping options if you are interested.

At this stage all orders that are not pickup will be sent using Australia post (Regular or Express).

The other option is local pickup / delivery.  If you live in Canberra, I can arrange to meet you somewhere or organise a pickup.  Please contact me prior to making an order to confirm if this option is doable though as work and private life can interfere with this option.

Overseas shipping

International shipping is now available globally.  There are two options available to choose from.  Express shipping and Regular shipping.  These options both come with tracking, while Express requires Signature on Delivery.

Average delivery time to major cities for Express International post is 2-4 days, while Standard International post can be 6+ days.  Please note that these are estimates and things can add delays to this like being processed by Customs in your country.

Overseas customers are responsible for any Import duties etc. that may apply to any package sent to them.

There is also a third option that is not listed in the checkout, which is Economy air.  The reason I’ve not added it as a default option is that it carries no tracking option.  Which means that the customer must accept that if the parcel is lost in transit for whatever reason, I am not responsible and will be unable to seek insurance compensation or track the parcel, before I am willing to post using this method due to the risk to both my business and the potential dissatisfaction of you, the customer, if the parcel goes missing. Economy air is also limited to a maximum weight of 2kg.


The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping for any returns for whatever reason.
